Get ready to challenge yourself and have a blast at our Board Break Bash! Students will learn the fundamentals of successful board breaking, including proper technique, focus, accuracy, power generation, and confidence. Instructors will guide students through a variety of breaking techniques and help them prepare to safely break boards using their martial arts skills. Board breaking is an exciting way for students to set goals, overcome obstacles, and demonstrate the techniques they have worked hard to develop. This high-energy event is perfect for building confidence, creating memorable achievements, and celebrating progress in martial arts training
