Join us for our free annual special event for our community partner schools to help students start their school year strong!  

In this interactive and fun class, we will learn:

• Strategies to FOCUS in and out of school
• Ways to show RESPECT
• How to practice SELF-CONTROL
• Habits to develop SELF-CONFIDENCE
• Fun beginner martial arts techniques!
