About the Event
Join us for our free annual special event for our community partner schools to help students start their school year strong! Â
In this interactive and fun class, we will learn:
- The 3 Rules of CONCENTRATION
- Strategies to FOCUS in and out of school
- Ways to show RESPECT
- How to practice SELF-CONTROL
- Habits to develop SELF-CONFIDENCE
- Fun beginner martial arts techniques!
