FREE Bully Prevention 3-Week Program: "BE A BUDDY, NOT A BULLY!"

Learn strategies and practices to develop confidence, kindness, leadership skills and a basic introduction to beginner martial arts! (AGES 5 & UP)

This program will focus on Bully Prevention:  being an up-stander (not a by-stander), carrying yourself with confidence, how to handle a bully, and how to not BECOME a bully!

PERMISSION/WAIVER

By registering for this program, I give my permission for my child to participate in this physical activity. I represent that my child is physically fit to participate, and that he/she does not have any medical issues that would inhibit participation. I understand and agree that The Master Method Academy will not be held liable for any injuries, damages, etc. not caused by or resulting from the negligence of the owners, operators or persons in charge of such establishment. I further understand that photographs and/or videos may be taken at this special event, and I hereby grant The Master Method Academy permission and fully release The Master Method Academy from any liability, to use these images for purposes authorized by The Master Method Academy, including but not limited to: promotional materials, website, social media, The Master Method television program and other publications. I understand I will not receive compensation or require prior approval for use of any images.
