Learn strategies and practices to develop confidence, kindness, leadership skills and a basic introduction to beginner martial arts!Â
This program will focus on Bully Prevention: Â being an up-stander (not a by-stander), carrying yourself with confidence, how to handle a bully, and how not to BECOME a bully!

By registering for this program, I give my permission for my child to participate in this physical activity. I represent that my child is physically fit to participate, and that he/she does not have any medical issues that would inhibit participation. Daly Elementary School or MCPS will not be held liable for any injuries, damages, etc. not caused by or resulting from the negligence of the owners, operators or persons in charge of such establishment.Â
